We’re thrilled to partner with Kate Sorokas of Heartland Homestead to bring a deeply relaxing and restorative experience to our community, Summer Sound Baths.
A sound bath is a 45-minute immersive experience using quartz crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, and koshi chimes to calm the mind, nourish the nervous system, and connect you back to yourself.
Kate is a certified sound healer and the visionary behind Heartland Homestead in Oberlin. With a doctorate in health education and a passion for wellness, Kate creates beautiful, intentional spaces for people (especially mamas!) to breathe, rest, and reconnect.
