Experience the ultimate in adventure at our Summer Adventure Camp! Ways to Explore, Learn & Grow

At Common Ground, we believe adventure comes in many forms. From soaring through the treetops to discovering the hidden wonders beneath your feet. For Summer 2026, Adventure Camp will follow an alternating weekly model designed to give families more choice, flexibility, and comfort while still delivering the unforgettable experiences our campers love.

Adventure Camp Fun

Climbing Wall: Scale new heights and conquer vertical challenges on our state-of-the-art Climbing Wall. Test your climbing skills, build strength, agility, and problem-solving skills as you ascend to the summit, all while enjoying the view.

Vertical Play Pen: Dive into a world of vertical exploration in our brand-new Vertical Play Pen. This challenge course element offers a labyrinth of ropes and obstacles. It’s a perfect mix of fun and test of endurance, pushing you to navigate through an aerial maze with skill and strategy.

Giant Swing Shot: Brace yourself for an adrenaline-pumping ride on our Giant Swing Shot. Soar through the air as you experience the exhilarating rush of free falling before swinging to new heights. This heart-stopping new team-building low ropes element will give you an unforgettable ride!

Modified High Ropes Course: Take your high ropes experience to the next level with our modified course. Navigate thrilling obstacles suspended high above the ground, testing your balance, courage, and determination.

Zipline Canopy Tour: Glide through the treetops on our 2.5-hour Zipline Canopy Tour. This exhilarating journey includes 7 ziplines, 3 aerial bridges, 2 spiral staircases, a unique floating staircase, various platforms, and a rappel station.

Recreational Tree Climbing: Explore the forest from a new perspective with our Recreational Tree Climbing adventure. Safely secured in a harness, you’ll ascend to the canopy, experiencing the beauty of nature from above.

Team Building and More: As always, team-building exercises are at the heart of our camp. Engage in activities that foster teamwork and personal growth, all while having a blast, learning more about nature and the world around us!

*Please note: Participation is always a choice, ensuring a comfortable and empowering experience for everyone. Activities are subject to change based on weather conditions. The minimum age for participation is 10 years, minimum weight is 70 lbs., and the maximum weight is 250 lbs. Subject to harness fit. Adventure Camp features much of the same activities/programming each week with some new supplemental activities based upon Earth Camp weekly themes.

Discounts

  • 10% Off = Early Bird Discount: Valid thru 3/31/26
  • 5% Off = Multi-Week Discount: Valid after early bird discount expires and last for the duration of camp registration

Camp Hours

  • Camp begins at 9 am and ends at 3 pm.

Common Ground is excited to partner with the Kendal Early Learning Center (KELC) in Oberlin to offer a unique extended care opportunity for our camp families. This program is designed to support your family’s needs during the times when camp is not in session. Click here to learn more.
