Yoga resumes Thursday, June 22 and will be held on Thursday nights this summer!
Join us at Common Ground for our Yoga Flow with Cindy Miller. Clear the mind and enjoy an all-levels Vinyasa yoga class in our beautiful lodge nestled within the trees on our 30-acre retreat center.
Yoga Flow is an hour-long Vinyasa based yoga class presented using a chair (seated), stability ball (seated), or standing on a mat. Vinyasa Yoga uses motion in unison with the breath, combined with several easy poses (asanas) that flow through pose after pose, with one pose repeated or a combination of poses repeated.
This class is for all levels and easily adapted for the more seasoned yoga enthusiast. Participants should bring a water bottle, a mat, and/or a stability ball if using one. Chairs will be provided.
The cost is $5.00 per participant.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
