Mindful Leadership Breaks with Common Ground
Do you want to go from a feeling of burnout to a feeling of thriving?
Do you wish you could be more responsive instead of reactive?
Do you want to bring more awareness and focus into your everyday life?
Join us once a month for a Mindful Leadership Break with Harry Pepper, Ph.D., and Toni Kellar, ACC/NCC, where they will teach you how mindfulness can help support the life you envision for yourself, your family, your team, and organizations.
Each online break lasts 45 minutes and is free to our community.
Mindful Leadership Breaks are designed to help participants
- Understand how mindfulness practices affect and benefit your state of being, wellness, and leadership potential
- Develop skills and practices to self-lead your own state of resiliency for the long-term
- Experience mindfulness practices that help you shift into a desired state of being – typically feeling calm and energized at the same time
Sessions may include experiences like guided meditation and breathing, rhythmic, and somatic practices that you will experience, learn, and be able to do on your own.
