Adventure Challenge – Adult Groups

Adventure Challenge is a way of doing. Participants become engaged in meaningful experiences that renew beliefs in their personal strengths. Common Ground Adult Adventure Challenge Program offers an emotional, mental, and physically secure environment for participants to unplug from their normal routine, explore the potential within them, and grow into better individuals for the betterment of the group.

Adult Adventure Challenge Programs are designed to meet a variety of group objectives, such as: getting to know one another; improve group decision making; enhance group cohesion and inclusion; resolve conflict in a helpful manner; and adapting to change.

To design the most effective program our staff converses with you to understand your group’s goals. Throughout your scheduled day, concepts are addressed while participants are purposefully guided through activities. Included in your day could be a series of teambuilding ground initiatives, low ropes elements, and/or our NEW High Ropes Adventure Challenge Course. Low elements and ground initiatives are done on the ground or on elements a few inches or feet above the ground. High elements are constructed with trees, wires, and rope, and require a helmet, harness, and belay system for security. Adult Adventure Challenge Programs can also be combined with our Conscious Leadership Workplace Retreats and even our Canopy Tour.
