Facility Rental Information

Our meeting spaces and 21-acre grounds create a habitat that allows you to remove yourself from daily distractions, gather in a beautiful setting in the Vermilion River Valley, and nurture your creativity, relationships, and purpose.

 

Lodge: Common Ground's Lodge is an ideal place for meetings, special events, planning sessions, and workshops.  The lodge accomodates up to 40 people, depending on the set-up needed, and includes a wood-burning fireplace.  A screened-in porch and a patio unfolds into a beautiful flower garden.  The Lodge has a full kitchen and catering services are available with a variety of menu options.

 

Art & Learning Center: A unique space for up to 20 people to gather.  The Art and Learning Center was built using high-performance, earth-friendly, low-impact design, and includes a wood-burning stove and a beautiful porch.

 

Grounds: A grounds reservation of the 21 acres at Common Ground includes hiking trails, a meadow, woods, river, and open areas for you to enjoy.  Also available are outdoor meeting spaces, a picnic shelter, a large gazebo, and barbecue area.

    The 5th and 6th hourly rate will be pro-rated from the 1-4 hour rate.

    The 9th and 10th hour will be pro-rated from the 7-8 hour rate.

During the summer, an outdoor swimming pool and horses can be reserved.

    Pool          $65/hour       (includes lifegaurd)

    Horses       $95/hour     (includes 2 horses and aid at horse paddock)
