Week 1 Earth Explorers – This week focuses on taking care of the environment and recycling. Here we teach campers about the wonders of the earth such as the different types of clouds and why the leaves turn colors in the fall.

Week 2 Wild Life – This week is all about plants, forest exploration, and wilderness survival. Can you identify poison ivy? Better safe than sorry!

Week 3 Radical River – The east branch of the Vermillion River runs through Common Ground and we spend this week learning about the river, what lives in it, and its importance. And we have lots of fun in it!

Week 4 A Bug’s Life – Do you like bugs? Well this week’s just for you! We do tons of fun activities here, especially arts and crafts, and learn aaaalll about bugs, including where bugs live and how they survive, what they eat, and more!

Week 5 Animal Adventures – Guess what animals live here at Earth Camp? No, silly, not lions, tigers, or even bears but just about every animal native to this part of Ohio calls Common Ground its home! Learn all about them. 

Week 6 Nature Survival - Ever wondered what it would be like to live in the woods? Learn about surviving in the wild and the basics of finding your way when lost. Build an all natural shelter. It's a giant world out there and it's great to know how to succeed in it!

Week 7 Wet and Wonderful – It’s all about water this week! Learn about water conservation, the water cycle, and more. Tons of water games…and don’t worry parents, your kids WILL get wet this week! 
