Coaching is a practice designed to assist people in their efforts to both determine and ultimately achieve personal goals. Coaches use a variety of methods, specifically tailored to the client, to address and overcome obstacles associated with personal projects, business and career goals, and personal and professional relationships. It is important to note that the coaching model is not targeted at psychological illness but emphasizes personal strengths and motivation.
